The apartment, on the second and top floor, has a beautiful terrace overlooking the park with a dining table and other furnishings; equipped with awnings, it is in any case exposed to the north and it is comfortable there at any time of the day. The beach, about 500 meters away, can be reached on foot or by bicycle. The beach is both free and equipped. The sea is Blue Flag.

The locality is very quiet, with lots of playgrounds for children and pine forests. Of note, the pine forest along the seafront that connects Marina di Bibbona to Marina di Cecina, used for walking, running or cycling.
The bicycle rental is located in various points of Marina di Bibbona.
To visit, a few kilometers away, the beautiful village of Bolgheri, with its wonderful avenue of cypresses (Unesco Heritage), as well as ancient villages such as Montescudaio, Casale Marittimo and Castagneto Carducci. In the evening, a walk along the seafront of Marina di Cecina or San Vincenzo is beautiful.
